Associate Professor Dr. Olga Zayts and her research team at the HKU Research and Impact Initiative on Communication in Healthcare (RIICH) have been conducting a large-scale project funded by the Hong Kong Research Grants Council Collaborative Research Fund (“The Educational, Social and Health Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic on University Graduates Transitioning to the Workforce in Hong Kong; C7086-21G”). Ms Jaime Fung, Director of Careers and Placement of HKU CEDARS is part of the research team. The following report details key preliminary research findings and provides recommendations for those who work with final year students and university graduates.
